Purchasing

If you would like to purchase a remarkable Hot Rox design for yourself or as a special gift, please contact Andrea Rosenfeld at:

We make every effort to keep our website up-to-date. However, because these are one-of-a-kind creations, it is possible that the design you would like to purchase is no longer available. If that is the case, we will be happy to find you an alternative that you love just as much.

Payment

Visa and MasterCard, personal checks, or money orders are accepted. A $15 fee will be charged for all returned checks.

Shipping

Free insured UPS Ground shipping. Jewelry will be shipped within 3 days of payment being received.

Repairs

In the event that any item becomes damaged during shipment to you or from normal wear, Hot Rox Jewelry will repair it free of charge within 30 days of your receipt of the item. After 30 days, we will repair your jewelry for a charge of the materials used and shipping fees.

Returns

Within 30 days: If you are not satisfied with your jewelry, we will be happy to refund your payment provided the item has not been damaged. Please send an email to andrea@hotroxjewelry.com (hyperlink) within 30 days of the receipt of your order.

After 30 days: we will give you credit toward another purchase to be used within one year.

All jewelry must be returned in its original condition and secure packaging before a refund or exchange will be processed. All returns must be insured for the full retail value. Hot Rox Jewelry Inc. is not responsible for any lost, damaged, stolen or misdirected packages during the return process.
